A naive JK girl, DANDYA-049, encounters a conspiring caregiver during a job simulation. She is tricked into undergoing genital cleaning and receives instructions on masturbation involving fingertip stimulation to induce ejaculation.

Three innocent female students arrived at a nursing home for a job experience! Deceived by unscrupulous staff who tricked them into "wiping their lower bodies too," they were forced to perform "vaginal cleaning and fingertip masturbation" on patients without any prior knowledge! The patients, whose glans penises were being simultaneously stimulated by three men, finally couldn't hold back and ejaculated profusely! They were scolded for "cleaning up the filth" and, with tears in their eyes, were forced to slowly lick up the spilled semen. Then, they were left alone with men in private rooms, bathrooms, and toilets… From using vaginal cleansing bottles to perform vaginal washing and licking, to being penetrated in standing and rear-entry positions while wearing soaked underwear! They cried, "Is this also part of nursing care…?" as they were brought to multiple orgasms in the inescapable slow thrusting, finally being faciald with semen all over their faces!
