On Halloween night, SOD employees picked up trash late into the night to express their gratitude to the town that had always treated them kindly. A female employee stated that their actions disrupted company discipline, but this didn't necessarily mean that internal discipline had been broken… On the contrary, it might have helped to strengthen the bonds between employees and build a different kind of "bond" than before.
